One of the main principals of The European Union is to
facilitate the free movement of goods and people across borders. While this
vision is ultimately achieved even today many companies and individuals
encounter problems making it difficult or even impossible to conduct
cross-border business or relocation within the EU. There can be language
problems, conflicting national regulations between Member States
or even just a basic misunderstanding of the complex EU regulations.
The Import Company was founded in 1996 to solve these problems for our
clients and make things happen even when it appeared impossible. Since our
inception we have assisted in many transactions which, although they
completely met the EU free trade "vision" and regulations, wouldn't
have been possible without our intervention. For example we have made it
possible for companies to import over EUR 200,000,000 of goods thus realising over EUR 20,000,000 in profits, for individuals
to save over EUR 1,000,000 on goods and for over 100 companies &
individuals to relocate within the EU when they had almost given up hope.
Where most see a headache we see a challenge. For us the abnormal is normal,
distance is no object and nothing is impossible - 24 hours a day and 7 days a
week.
In the past 99% of our business has been with long term clients or through
word-of-mouth referrals but to facilitate our planned expansion a new
